Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate items, may not be eligible for returns. Please see our exclusions below.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
3. Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Damaged or Defective Items
